Abstract
Objective To provide references for preventing and controlling of human papilloma virus (HPV) infection studying HPV genotypes and their distribution characters in gynecological outpatients.Methods Cervical tissue specimens from 20 612 gynecological outpatients which all had visited Guangdong Women and Children Hospital since Jan 2012 to July 2013 were examined with Flow-through Hybridization and gene chip technique (cape medical system)to determine the 21 HPV genotypes.SPSS 17.0 software was used to establish database and analyze the data.Chi-square test and variance components method were used in the comparison of the HPV infection rates between different age groups.Results ① Among the 20 612 specimens,HPV was detected in 5565 specimens with a positive rate of 27.0％ (5565/20612); the high-risk HPV infection rate was 22.1％ (4553/20612),the low-risk HPV infection rate 22.1％ (4553/20612),and the single and high-risk HPV infection rate 61.3％ (2791/4553).② Of all the subtypes in this study,HPV 52 had the highest infection rate (5.7％) ; HPV 16 (3.6％) came next; and HPV 58 (2.7％) took the third place.③ Between different age groups,there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05) in the single infection rates of HPV 16,31,33,58,52,56,66,6,11,and 53.Conclusion The single and high-risk HPV infection rate at our hospital gynecological clinic was the main.HPV52 was the highest infection subtypes.The infection rate is higher in patients younger than 20 or older than 50 than in 20-49 years old patients.关键词
