Abstract
Objectiv To understand the cesarean section rate from September 1st,2011 to August 31st,2013,at Duanzhou District,Zhaoqing,Guangdong and to reduce the complications of puerperae and neonates and to keep the puerperae and neonate healthy analyze the causes and countermeasures of cesarean section.Methods Literature method was used to collect the literatures of cesarean section.The cesarean section rate at Duanzhou these two years was analyzed.The causes and countermeasures were analyzed.Results 24536 cases had given birth to children.13046 cases had taken cesarean section with a rate of 53.17％.The top factor causing cesarean section was social factors leading 6273 (48.08％) cases to take cesarean section.Fetal distress (including placental abruption and placenta previa) came nest (2625 cases,20.12％),which was followed by cephalopelvic disproportion (1918 cases,14.7％),scar uterus (1278 cases,9.8％),umbilical cord around the neck (398 cases,3.05％),and the others (554 cases,4.25％).Conclusions In order to decrease the cesarean section rate,save medical resources,and keep the puerperae and neonates healthy,medical especially reproductive knowledge should be taught to the puerperae and their family member,the medical industry professional qualities and professional ethics accomplishment should be improve,and new obstetric technology introduced.关键词
