排石颗粒特征图谱研究

Abstract
Objective:To establish characteristic chromatograms of 6Chinese herbal medicines in Paishi Granule by using UPLC-G2Q-Tof-MS.Methods:The analysis was carried out on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm),the detection wavelength was 240mm.The gradient elution was 0.1％ formic acid (A) and methanol-acetonitrile (2:1) (B),the flow rate was 0.2ml · min-1.Results:26peaks were found in the characteristic chromatograms of Paishi Granule and 15peaks of them were preliminarily indentified.Precision,reproducibility and stability is all right.Conclusion:The method can identify 6Chinese herbal medicines and can be used to control the quality of Paishi Granule.关键词
