米粒灸治疗肾阳亏虚型泄泻疗效观察
Curative Observation of Using Granule Moxibustion to Treat Kidney-Yang Deficiency Type Diarrhea

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of granule moxibustion in the treatment of kidney-Yang deficiency type diarrhea.Methods:94patients were randomly allocated to granule moxibustion group of 46cases and herbal medicine group of 48cases.Granule moxibustion acupoints were divided into two groups,one group Zhongwan,Tianshu,Zusanli,Guanyuan ; another group of Pishu,Shenshu,Mingmen,Dachangshu,two groups of alternating points,each acupoint gave 5 ～ 7Zhuang,Isolation of 1 ～ 2once a day,3times a week,10times for a course of treatment.Decoction group oral Shenling Baizhu Powder and Sishenwan Decoction,daily 1 agent,water frying clothing,30day for a course of treatment.Clinical observation on treatment of two groups of patients after one course of treatment.Results:The total efficiency rate was 87.0％ in the granule moxibustion group versus 62.5％ in the decoction group.The efficacy of granule moxibustion group was better than the decoction group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Granule moxibustion in the treatment of kidney-Yang deficiency type diarrhea curative effect is superior to that of oral Shenling Baizhu Powder and Sishenwan Decoction,and quick.关键词
