摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect of applying acupuncture and rehabilitation training to treat swallowing disorder after cerebral infarction.Methods:From February 2011to February 2011,a total of 96cases of patients in our hospital diagnosed as swallowing disorder after cerebral infarction.In digital method randomly divided into survey group (48cases) and comparison group (48cases).Two groups of patients were performed rehabilitation training.The controlled group for acupuncture treatment; the observed group on the basis of the acupuncture therapy.To compared two groups of curative effect and decannulation rate and extubation time.Results:The effect of survey group patients was 37.50％ (18/48) for optimal,period was 89.58％ (43/48).They were superior to that of comparison group which was 18.75％ (9/48),58.33％ (28/48).It was statistically significant differences (all P＜0.05).Decannulation time was 13.02±6.55days after treatment of Survey group,significantly less than the comparison group.It was statistically significant differences (all P＜0.05).After treatment,the survey group extubation of patients accounted for 100％ (48/48).It was apparently higher than the comparison group of 58.33 ％ (28/48).It was statistically significant differences (all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and rehabilitation training on DFS after cerebral infarction,not only can obviously improve the swallowing disorder,also can reduce the time needed for tube drawing and increase decannulation rate.Good safety,it is worth clinical recommendations.关键词
