温针穴位注射配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of warm needling therapy and point injection plus training rehabilitation in treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke of phase Ⅰ.Methods:Seventy subjects with shoulder-hand syndrome of phase Ⅰ were randomized into a treatment group and a controlled group by using randomized controlled single-blind method,35in each group.The treatment group was treated by warm needling therapy and point injection plus training rehabilitation and the controlled group only received acupuncture and rehabilitation training.The effects on pain,edema and the upper-limb function were evaluated by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS),edema grading scale and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor scale before and after the treatment.Results:After four weeks treatment,the conditions of the two groups were significantly improved according to the evaluation of VAS,edema grading scale and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor scale (P＜0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was markedly better than in the controlled group (P＜0.05or P＜0.01).Conclusion:It is effective in attenuating pain and edema,and improving the upper-limb function by warm needling therapy and point injection plus training rehabilitation.关键词
