中医护理人员职业满意度调查分析
Research on Influence of Nursing Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals

Abstract
Objective:To explore the job satisfaction of Chinese nursing staft so as to provide basis tor the nursing managers to take measure to rise nurses' job satisfaction.Methods:By the convenience sampling methods 720nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Sichuan province,and the SPSS 17.0 statistical software package were used for data analysis.Results:The average total score of the working environment satisfaction was in the lower/middling levels (2.43±0.49).The three dimensions of opportunities for interaction (2.25±0.74),career opportunities (2.34±0.35) and scheduling (2.31 ±0.39) were in the lower/middling levels and the four dimension of control and responsibility (2.83±0.88),colleagues (2.95±0.57),by praise and recognition (2.87±0.43) and the relationship between work and family balance (2.86±0.55) in the state of unsatisfactory level of moderate low satisfaction.Conclusion:The administrative staff at all levels should attach importance to the improvement of working environment of nurse to ensure the quality of nursing.关键词
