Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of chlorgenic acid,puerarin and baicalin in Chaiyin oral solution.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Purospher(R) STAR RP-18 endcapped (55 mm×4 mm,3 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-2％ glacial acetic acid (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm(0-＜4 min),250 nm(4-＜6 min) and 280 nm (6-10 min).The column temperature was set at 30 ℃.RESULTS:The liner ranges of chlorgenic acid,puerarin and baicalin were 0.4368-8.736 0 μg/ ml (r=0.999 9),0.206 4-4.128 0 μg/ml(r=0.999 9) and 2.060-41.200 μg/ml(r=0.999 9),respectively.RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3％.Average recoveries were 99.57％ (RSD=1.75％,n=6),99.91％ (RSD=1.69％,n=6) and 100.08％ (RSD=2.20％,n=6),respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and it could be used for the quality control and evaluation of Chaiyin oral solution.关键词
