急性心肌梗死并发恶性心律失常的急救与护理
Emergency care of acute myocardial infarction and malignant arrhythmia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate emergency treatment and nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction and malignant arrhythmia.Methods 10 cases of acute myocardial infarction and malignant arrhythmia in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected,retrospectively analyzed emergency and nursing intervention which included close monitoring of disease,observing changes in vital signs,scientific care measures.Results 9 cases were successfully salvaged after emergency and care,with the success rate of 90.0％.8 cases of arrhythmia were found by nursing.There were statistically significant differences in cardiac function parameters before and after emergency treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion It can improve the success rate and reduce mortality of patients with acute myocardial infarction and malignant arrhythmia to take early,aggressive emergency measures and rational,scientific approach.关键词
