Effect observation on quantification and professional technical indexes in evaluating the quality of central sterile supply department

Abstract
Objective To observe and study the effect of quantification and professional technical indexes used to evaluate the quality of central sterile supply department,to provide theoretical basis for central sterile supply department (CSSD) quality management.Methods We chose 400 cases of disinfection supply project before and after the improvement in our work time as the research objects,respectively including 200 times before improvement,and 200 times after improvement,then chose another 100 cases of batch inspection situation analysis,respectively including 50 batches before improvement and 50 batches after improvement.In CSSD used quantification and professional technical indicators for evaluation,quality control and inspection effects were analyzed statistically and compared before and after the improvement.Results The improved quality control effect was significantly better than that before improvement,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The improved data acquisition of ratings and grading,quality standard control form,the entry and statistical scores were significantly higher than those before improvement,differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of the technical indicators of quantification and specialization in CSSD quality management can enhance the quality of management,which is worth of promotion.关键词
