Analysis on feasibility and safety of artificial joint replacement for the treatment of osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of artificial joint replacement for osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 56 cases of osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (treated with internal fixation) and observation group (treated with artificial joint replacement).The perioperative situation and excellent rate of two groups were compared.Results Operative time and blood loss of two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Postoperative recovery time of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Excellent rate of observation group was 92.9％,which was significantly higher than that of control group of 71.4％ (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Artificial joint replacement for osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture has exact effect.It can effectively and obviously improve the prognosis.关键词
