Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of continuous subarachnoid cerebrospinal fluid drainage for cerebrospinal fluid leakage of incision after brain surgery.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients who were hospitalized into our hospital from January 1st,to December 31st,2013 and got cerebrospinal fluid leakage of incision after brain surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The 108 patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group were treated with continuous subarachnoid drainage,the control group with drainage under the scalp.Results There was no statistical difference in treatment effect between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).The treatment time was significantly shorter and the incidence of adverse reaction was statistically lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Continuous subarachnoid cerebrospinal fluid drainage for cerebrospinal fluid leakage of incision after brain surgery has high clinical cure rate and short treatment time,makes the patients suffer less,lowers the incidence of adverse reactions,and is safe,reliable,and worth being clinically generalized.关键词
