摘要

Abstract

The cladding round billets of 3003 and 4004 aluminum alloy were fabricated by continuous casting water-cooling method,and the mechanical properties of round billets were analyzed.The interfacial bonding strength was tested by tensile experiments,the microstructure of billet was observed through OM,the line scanning analysis of blank elements were carried out by EPAM,and the two kinds of aluminum alloys were compared.The results show that the diffusion ability of Si element in 4004 aluminum alloy is stronger than that of Mn element in 3003 aluminum alloy,and the interfacial bonding strength of 4004 aluminum alloy is higher than that of 3003 aluminum alloy.
