摘要

Abstract

The effect of the severe plastic deformation on the microstructure and mechanical property of the alloy Ni-20% Fe was investigated.The results show that the grain orientation of the alloy Ni-20%Fe begins to rotate,and at this time the grains grow gradually.The growth of the grain is caused by the variation of dislocation and twin density during the plastic deformation.The strain hardening and softening phenomenon appear alternately with the increase of the strain,which is resulted from the change of dislocation density.
