摘要
Abstract
Using Zra7Ti45Al5V3 alloy as the research object,through using DSC,electronic universal testing machine,XRD and TEM to study the microstructure and mechanical properties of Zr-Ti alloy at different annealing temperatures.The results show that,Zr-Ti alloy has a typical α+β structure with excellent strength but low plasticity; alloy will undergo a α→β transformation with a endothermic peak found at DSC trace at temperatures around 560~750 ℃,and the heat treatment at this temperature range will lead to a decrease of alloy strength but increase of plasticity; at 800 ℃,the α phases in alloy are all transferred into β phase with the maximum plasticity and low tensile strength of around 950 MPa; alloy has the best tensile strength of 1 398 MPa and elongation of 3.1% when annealed at 590 ℃.关键词
