摘要

Abstract

Using tensile properties test,SEM,microhardness test and transmission electron microscopy (SEM),the microstructure and mechanical properties of 50% cold rolled 2519 alloy under different aging temperatures were studied.The results show that,after aging treatment,the cold rolled 2519 alloy mechanical properties were improved,and by increasing aging temperatures,the time to achieve maximum mechanical properties decrease but with decreased plasticity; when aging at 165 and 190 ℃,θ' phases appeared in alloy grains and grain boundaries,and the increase of aging temperatures will cause θ'phases coarsening.
