低碳钢在锌液中的界面反应动力学及机理研究
Interface Reaction Dynamics and Mechanism of Plain Carbon Steel in Liquid Zinc
摘要
Abstract
The Fe-Zn reaction process of plain carbon steel dipped into liquid zinc was investigated by short immersion tests.The results show that reacted layer products between the steel and zinc are consist of compact and columnar δ-FeZn10 phase near substrate and mass and dispersed ζ-FeZn13 phase close to zinc.At the stable stage of growth,ζ-FeZn13 phase dominates the growth of Fe-Zn compounds.The growth of Fe-Zn compounds follows parabolic law,and it relays on the control of interface reaction at the initial stage of Fe-Zn reaction,while the diffusion of zinc atom can govern the reaction process of Fe and Zn at stable stage of growth.The reacted products of Fe and Zn from substrate to surface are α-Fe,Γ1-Fe5Zn21,δ-FeZn10,ζ-FeZn13 and η-Zn in sequence.关键词
