摘要

Abstract

The application and development of laser interface engineering are reviewed in improving the interface bonding strength of coating or film.The newest development of laser interface engineering is described,that is the substrate interface is firstly strengthened by continuous laser,then chromium is electrodeposited on laser pretreated substrate.The mechanisms of laser interface engineering to improve interface bonding strength are summarized and the further development is forecasted.
