摘要

Abstract

The effects of different electromagnetic stirring mode on the microstructure of Al-Mn alloy were investigated.Experimental results show that the grain size in the alloy is obviously refined by electromagnetic stirring,the average equivalent diameter of grain decreases with increasing of stirring frequency under the single rotary electromagnetic stirring.The aluminum alloy grain will be the smallest when the stirring frequency is 30 Hz,however to continue increasing the stirring frequency,the average equivalent diameter of grain increased.Alternating electromagnetic stirring has the better effect than single rotary electromagnetic stirring under same condition.Under alternating stirring condition,when the interval time is 4 s,the effect of stirring is best.
