摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize experiences in ultrasonic diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy to improve knowledge on ultrasonic manifestation of different types of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 152 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasonography and confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from 2004 to 2012. Results Different types of ectopic pregnancy had unique ultrasonic manifestations and diagnosis should be made in combination with medical history and clinical manifestations. Conclusion Ultrasonography provides important and effective evidence for clinical diagnosis of most ectopic pregnancy. However,there remains possible missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Therefore,it is recommended to make diagnosis in combination with detection of blood β-HCG and clinical manifestations so as to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.关键词
