颅脑损伤患者预后的影响因素分析
Retrospective analysis on factors influencing prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate relevant factors influencing prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out to study the clinical data of 106 cases of craniocerebral injury,and observations were made on risk factors influencing prognosis of patients.Results Age,pre-operative GCS rating,associated injuries,post-operative infection,shock,blood pressure and blood glucose were all the independent risk factors influencing prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There are many relevant factors influencing prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury,so corresponding precautions should be taken according to individual conditions of patients clinically.关键词
