拉玛泽减痛分娩法结合头部按摩对初产妇分娩方式影响的研究

Abstract
Objective To probe the influence of Lamaze childbirth method of minus pain combined with head massage on primiparas' stage of labor and delivery outcome.Methods According to random and voluntary principle,170 primiparas choosing vaginal delivery were divided into experimental group (Lamaze childbirth method of minus pain) and control group,85 cases in each group.Chi-square test and variance test were used to compare the differences in pain degree during stage of labor,delivery process,delivery mode between two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in pain degree during stage of labor,first delivery process and total delivery process,delivery mode between two groups (P ＜ 0.01),no statistically significant differences in second and third delivery process (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Lamaze childbirth method of minus pain combined with head massage can relieve pain degree,shorten delivery process,reduce pregnancy rate,worthy of clinical application.关键词
