消痹液联合中医定向透药疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的护理研究

Abstract
Objective To explore nursing care of Xiaobi liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 112 patients meeting the inclusion criteria for knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group (55 cases) and experimental group (57 cases).Control group was given Xiaobi powder externally on knee pain points,1 time/d; experimental group was given Xiaobi liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy,1 time/d; both two groups were treated for 2 courses.Results There was statistically significant difference in VAS pain score between control group and experimental group (P ＜ 0.05); the effective rate in control group was 85.45％,and 96.49％ in experimental group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Xiaobi liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is safe,effective and convenient,which provides a new approach for quality care.关键词
