24例根管治疗失败的原因以及对策分析
Analysis of causes and countermeasures of root canal treatment failure in 24 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze causes and countermeasures of root canal treatment failure.Methods 24 cases of root canal treatment failure in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2013 were selected,with 37 teeth.We conducted data analysis,summed up and found out corresponding countermeasures according to medical reasons,X-ray and clinical manifestations.Results Serious periapical lesions and less filling root canal were main reasons for root canal treatment failure,root canal secondary infection was another important reason for treatment failure; root canal omissions,fractured tooth,secondary caries,internal and external absorption of root canal,super charge also had important influence on root canal treatment.Conclusions Serious periapical lesions and less filling root canal are main reasons for root canal treatment failure.It may improve root canal treatment success rate to improve clinical filling technology and achieve in root canal disinfection.关键词
