Characteristics of Cognitive Emotion Regulation in Women with Breast Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics of cognitive emotion regulation in women with breast cancer.Methods:The Chinese version of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire was administrated to assess the cognitive emotion regulation strategies among 638 women with breast cancer and 646 healthy women after they encountered negative life events.Results:①Patients got significantly higher scores on "acceptance","catastrophizing",got significantly lower scores on "rumination","positive refocusing","refocusing planning","positive reappraisal" and "blame others".②The cognitive emotion regulation strategies differed significantly in patients with different education level and residence place.Conclusion:The women with breast cancer have a special cognitive emotion regulation style.关键词
