加巴喷丁治疗偏头痛对患者负性情绪、生活质量的影响研究
Influence of gabapentin on migraine patients' negative emotions and quality of life
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of gabapentin on migraine patients' negative emotions and quality of life.Methods 104 migraine patients were randomly selected from our hospital and were divided into an observation group and a control group.Gabapentin and flunarizine were used on the observation group and the control group respectively.Headache before and after the treatment were observed.SDS and SAS were used to assessed negative emotions,and HIT-6 quality of life.Results The headache after the treatment was significantly relieved in both groups.There were no statistical differences in SDS,SAS,and HIT-6 before the treatment between the 2 groups (P＜0.05).After the treatment,SDS scores were (25.5±4.4) and (28.0±3.9),SAS scores (29.2±3.3) and (32.5±3.6),and HIT-6 scores (23.3±5.2)and (31.9±6.5) in the observation group and the control group,respectively,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions Gabapentin in the treatment of migraine can significantly improve the symptoms,reduce negative emotions,improve the patients' quality of life and is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
