护理干预对120例骨科患者术后疼痛的影响观察
Observation on influence of nursing intervention on postoperative pain of 120 patients in orthopedics department

Abstract
Objective To investigate influence of nursing intervention on postoperative pain of patients in orthopedics department,and provide a reference for clinical operations in the future.Methods 120 patients with fracture undergoing surgical treatment admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected as research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group according to different methods of nursing.Patients in control group received routine nursing of orthopedics,and patients in observation group received pain nursing intervention on the basis of control group.VSA scores before and after nursing care,analgesic efficacy and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result There were statistically significant differences in pain VSA score after nursing care,ideally analgesic rate and nursing satisfaction between two groups (t=4.7241,P=0.0000; x2=19.8333,P=0.0000; x2=5.8368,P=0.0157).Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively relieve pain symptom of patients in orthopedics department,improve the life quality of patients,and overall enhance the level of nursing,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
