The impact of out-of-hospital health education on life quality and psychology of elderly patients with hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of out-of-hospital health education on life quality and psychology of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Elderly patients with hypertension after hospital treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group.After evaluating life quality,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),both two groups were treated with level 3 management intervention for hypertension and basic education,and observation group was treated with targeted health education on the basis.Compared life quality,SAS,SDS of two groups after 17 months.Result Follow-up results showed that life quality in both two groups had improvement,and life quality in observation group had more significant improvement (P ＜ 0.05); SAS,SDS in control group did not change significantly,while SAS,SDS in observation group significantly decreased.Conclusion Health education can improve life quality and psychology of elderly patients with hypertension,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
