镇肝熄风汤对出血性中风的预防及治疗效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoctionon hemorrhagic stroke.Methods:130patients were randomly divided into study group (n =65) and controlled group (n =65).Conventional western medical treatment were used in controlled group,based on conventional western medical treatment,Zhengan Xifeng Decoction was added in study group.Neurological deficit situation,intracranial hematoma volume and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment.Results:14days and 35days after treatment,neurological deficit scores of patients in study group were significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.01),intracranial hematoma volume of patients in study group were significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.01),total efficiency of the treatment in study group were significantly higher than the controlled group,difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the conventional western medical treatment combined Zhengan Xifeng Decoction therapy is better than the conventional western medical treatment therapy.关键词
