Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical treatment efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combining western medicine in treating pneumonia asthma (phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome).Methods:140patients with pneumonia asthma (phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome) admitted by the outpatient service and inpatient department of this hospital were selected as research subject,who were randomly divided into the experiment group and the controlled group according to different methods of treatment,patients in the controlled group patients were subject to cefoperazone sodium intravenous drip treatment,and patients in the controlled group were subjected to basic formulas medicine plus/less treatment of phlegm-heat collaboration on the basis of that applied on patients in the treatment group,clinical treatment efficacy,the comparison in symptom scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of patients after treatment in two groups were recorded and compared.Results:By comparing the total effective rate,symptoms integral after treatment,total rate of adverse reactions after the treatment of patients in two groups,abovementioned values of patients in the experiment group were significantly better than that of patients in the controlled group,P＜0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of TCM combining WT delivers significant clinical treatment efficacy in treating pneumonia asthma (phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome),effectively improves clinical symptoms of patients,and helps patients recover and get health,poses few adverse reactions and high security,and is clinically preferred method in treating pneumonia asthma.关键词
