Abstract
Objective:Studying the clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with the Chinese medicine foot bath for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Selecting 200cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients from January 2012to January 2014in our hospital as the research object,and randomly divided them into controlled group and observation group,the controlled group was given diabetes peripheral neuropathy of conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction comined with Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the controlled group.Subjective symptom observed patients of two groups,muscle tension and neural firing condition; electromyography measurement of two groups of patients,observing two groups of patients before and after treatment in motor nerve median nerve,ulnar nerve,tibial nerve conduction velocity changes.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (90.0％) was significantly higher than the controlled group (68％),the differences were statistical significance (P＜ 0.05).Patients in two groups after treatment with motor nerve,such as median nerve,ulnar nerve,tibial nerve conduction speed were improved,but the group of patients with motor nerve conduction velocity was observed to be significantly better than that of the controlled group,the above differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with Chinese medicine foot bath supplement in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients is distinct,is worthy of further popularization and application.关键词
