Abstract
Objective:Observing the clinical effect of Juanbi Decoction combined with warm acupuncture on low back pain.Methods:September 2012to July 2013,70cases of low back pain patients in my outpatient clinic for the study were randomly divided into treatment group and combined treatment group.The treatment group selected Juanbi Decoction oral treatment,day one,day three,four weeks after treatment,observation and treatment outcome; combination therapy using warm needles and Juanbi Decoction combination therapy,patients were observed improvement of clinical symptoms,2groups before and after treatment of pain visual analogue (VAS) score,Oswestry Disability Index (ODI).Results:The two groups of patients after treatment pain relief rates were 68.5％,82.2％ ; functional improvement rate were 83.72％,93.4％.Comparison of the two groups after treatment with a significant difference between patients,with statistical significance.Comparison of the two groups after treatment with a significant difference between patients,with statistical significance.Two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment,VAS and ODI score with a significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined warm acupuncture and Juanbi Decoction in the treatment of back pain is effective,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with a good therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical application.关键词
