射频热凝下关穴治疗第Ⅱ支原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation of Xiaguan acupoint (ST7) for primary branch Ⅱ trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:25patients with intractable branch Ⅱ primary trigeminal neuralgia were enrolled and treated by radiofrequency ablation of ST7under the guidance of DSA.Surgical therapeutic effect and complications,recurrence of follow-up after six months were observed.Results:Different degrees skin numbness was found along the mandibular nerve distribution regions of all the patients.6patients totally cured (24％),15patients obviously effective (60％),4cases effective (16％) and no ineffective (0％).Complications in and after surgery were four cases and one.One recurrence was found after six months of follow-up.Conclusion:The method radiofrequency ablation of ST7for primary branch Ⅱ trigeminal neuralgia under the guidance of DSA,combined the specificity and therapeutic advantages of ST7,is worthy of further applying and popularizing for its high therapeutic efficacy,few complications,lower recurrence rate,exact positioning and easy to operate.关键词
