Abstract
Objective:Acupuncture combined indomethacin suppository to reduce anorectal postoperative pain promote healing of urinary retention were observed and analyzed.Methods:Would be treated 300patients in our hospital who underwent anorectal surgery were randomly divided into controlled and experimental groups,each group has 150patients.The controlled group received conventional treatment and indomethacin suppository therapy,the experimental group were given acupuncture treatment on the basis of the controlled group,two groups were compared after intervention pain score,urinary retention,as well as wound healing.Results:Two groups of patients after intervention pain score,urinary retention,as well as wound healing,hospitalization time,there was a significant difference,(P<0.05),the test group of patients with pain scores were significantly lower than the controlled group and the test group of patients with urinary retention the incidence was significantly lower than the controlled group,and the residual urine volume in patients with urinary retention occurred in the test group patients and catheterization time was significantly lower than the controlled group,the experimental group were postoperative wound healing time and hospital stay were significantly lower than the controlled group.Conclusion:Anorectal surgery for patients with joint indomethacin suppository acupuncture treatment can get good analgesic effect,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,beneficial to the wound healing,has important clinical value.关键词
