Application Research of Nursing Intervention Combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Post-operative Recovery of Knee Joint Function

Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical value of nursing intervention by combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in post-operative knee function recovery generated.Methods:76patients were subject to knee joint surgeries admitted by the outpatient service and in-patient department of this hospital from June 2013to June 2014were explored,and they were divided into the observation group and the controlled group according to different methods of nursing,patients in the controlled group were subject to routine western medicine nursing,and patients in the observation group of patients were subject to the nursing intervention by combining traditional Chinese medicine,and clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and compared.Results:The comparison in total recovery of knee joint function of patients in two groups hit x2=6.0945 (p=0.0136),the comparison in the total rate of complications of patients in two groups hit x2 =4.2857 (p =0.0384),the comparison in nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups hit x2=5.2817 (p=0.0216),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The nursing intervention by combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine patients delivers great significance on post-operative recovery of knee joint function,can effectively ease the joint pain,promote the recovery of knee function and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
