B超在小儿肠套叠诊断和临床辅助治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the application value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of and clinical adjuvant treatment of pediatric intussusception.Methods 160 children with intussusception admitted into our hospital from April 1,2009 to April 1,2013 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group flipping coin,80 for each group.The observation group were diagnosed and adjuvantly treated with B ultrasound,and the control group with abdominal plain film.The detection rate and the success rate of restoration were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate and the success rate of restoration were 97.50％ and 95.00％ in the observation group and were 57.50％ and 62.50％ in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusions B ultrasound is safe,accurate,etc.has great value in and has great application value in the diagnosis of and clinical adjuvant treatment of pediatric intussusception,and is supported and concerned,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
