腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者围手术期焦虑抑郁的个性化护理
Individualized nursing care for patients with anxiety and depression after radical surgery for colorectal cancer under laparoscope

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing care on perioperative anxiety and depression in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing radical surgery under laparoscope.Methods 86 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing radical surgery under laparoscope at our hospital from January 2009 to December and whose evaluation standard scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale were ≥ 50 scores were randomly divided into a study group (43 cases) and a control group (43 cases).The control group were given general routine perioperative care and psychological care; in addition,the study group received individualized nursing intervention.7 days after the surgery,patients of both group were evaluated with SAS and SDS second time.All the data were statistically analyzed.Results After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores were (50.20 ± 2.26) and (49.55 ± 3.39) in the control group and were (45.70 ± 3.96) and (44.65 ± 5.62) in the study group,respectively,with statistical differences (t =8.807,P ＜0.01; t =11.476,P ＜0.01).Conclusions Individualized nursing intervention can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing radical surgery under laparoscope关键词
