摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the roles of different CPR training modes in first aid skills of nurses at clinic.Methods The teachers were trained.Standard CPR skill steps were videotaped and then the video was put onto the hospital network site so that the nurses at clinic can practice it on high simulation model while watching the video to achieve the homogeneity of training.Re-training assessment frequency was determined according to the nurse's length of service.The assessment results was linked to head nurse' management performance and individuals' year-end evaluation.Results Comparison between theory and skill scores after different training modes were carded out:taking examination immediately (ttheory =4.1362,tskill =5.0148,P ＜0.05); taking examination 6 months from then (ttheory =12.3327,tskill =11.6073,P ＜0.01);taking examination 12 months from then (ttheory=19.7291,tskill =23.27,P ＜0.01).Conclusion Practicing while watching video in combination with re-training assessment can let the nurses at clinic keep skillful in CPR in a long term.关键词
