摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical effect and nursing experience of thoracic closed drainage with central venous catheter in traumatic hemopneumothorax patients.Methods 62 cases of traumatic hemopneumothorax received thoracic closed drainage with central venous catheter and related nursing care,curative effect and complications were evaluated.Result Patients in our study benefited from less pain,smaller draining cut and better healing.Conclusions Thoracic closed drainage with central venous catheter has a positive effect in traumatic hemopneumothorax,which can relieve patients' pain,shorten hospital stays,and is helpful for hemopneumothorax absorption,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
