摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the method of high quality nursing service suitable for nursing characteristics in operation room and its effect.Methods Carried out "bridge" service activities with service characteristics of "love bridge,understanding bridge,convenience bridge,cooperation bridge,rainbow bridge",applied "bridge culture" service concept and standards to nursing work.Compared nursing satisfaction before and after the activity with t test.Result There were statistically significant differences in satisfaction of doctors and patients,occupation identity of nursing staff,nursing quality and comprehensive quality of nurses before and after the activity (P<0.05).Conclusion "Bridge culture" service can improve satisfaction of doctors and patients,nursing quality,and occupation identity and comprehensive quality of nursing staff.关键词
