腺胃炎病鸡的腺胃组织病理学观察
Histopathological observations of proventriculitis chickens
摘要
Abstract
To provide the theoretical basis for the mechanism of the proventriculitis in chickens ,the proventriculus of the sick chickens diagnosed as proventriculitis were collected ,fixed immediately for making paraffin section ,and histopathological lesions of proventriculus were observed by light micro‐scope .The results showed that an enlarged and whitish proventriculus ;hemorrhage in nipple of proven‐triculus ,oedema of submucous and mucous .Many lymphocytes infiltrated in the tested tissues .The re‐sults suggested the extensive lesions and inflammatory reactions in proventriculus .关键词
