摘要

Abstract

Pb0.95Sr0.05(Ti0.47Zr0.53)O3 piezoceramicswerefabricatedusing theconventionalsolidstate reaction technique .The influence of CaFeO2.5 substitution on the Pb0.95Sr0.05(Ti0.47Zr0.53)O3 piezoceram‐ics is investigated .XRD ,SEM ,Precise Impedance Analysis and regular piezoelectric properties test measures are used to characterize the microstructure ,dielectric properties and piezoelectricity of the ce‐ramics .It’s shown that CaFeO2 .5 substitution promotes the densification of the ceramics and the grain grow th is inhibited .CaFeO2 .5 substitution also leads to the crystal structure distortion .With increasing CaFeO2 .5 content the tetragonal crystal structure expands and the tetragonality and the defect dipoles in‐creases .The piezoelectricity is decreased and the girdling on the ferroelectric loops which is familiar with cases in the antiferroelctrics is found with the CaFeO2 .5 substitution .
