基于使用者对可用性认知评价方法的研究--以无线鼠标设计为例
A STUDY OF THE USERS’ USABILITY AND COGNITIVE EVALUATION--FOCUSING ON WIRELESS MOUSE DESIGN

Abstract
Usability is an important evaluation item for users to measure products in design field. It is related to experience processes and interaction approach, and it can improve customer satisfaction, while it is a primary considering factor for choosing products. This article is based on analysis of usability. Taking wireless mouse as an example, we propose a method based on the evaluation results of user’ s experience of usability and obtain evaluation factors through user perceived value of the product, and thus evaluate the qualitative and quantitative of products. This evaluation method wil be applied to product design, which is expected to increase sales of product and improve product value.关键词
