术后心理干预对卵巢癌患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of postoperative psychological intervention on the negative emotions and life quality of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods Patients with ovarian cancer surgically treated at our hospital were selected as study objects and then were randomly divided into a control group,routinely cared after the operation,and an observation group,psychologically intervened targetedly after the operation.The negative emotions,stress level,and life quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the psychological intervention,the anxiety and depression scores and the levels of GIU,E,NE,and COl were significantly lower and the life quality scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Targeted postoperative psychological intervention for patients with ovarian cancer can effectively relieve the patients' negative emotion and stress level and eventually improve their postoperative life quality and has a positive clinical significance.关键词
