Abstract
Objective To explore the effect using double J tube in the surgery for renal pelvis, ureter, and bladder, then to provide some guidelines for clinical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients undergoing the surgery for renal pelvis, ureter, and bladder at our hospital from September,2011 to September,2014 were retrospectively analyed.According to different surgical methods, the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,63 cases for each group. The control group were treated with traditional surgery, and the experimental group double J tube surgery. The surgical effect and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The average operation time, hospital stay, wound healing time, etc.were significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05).The clinical efficacy was 80.95% in the control group and was 96.83% in the experimental group (P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions Applying double J tube in the patients undergoing surgery for renal pelvis, ureter, and bladder intraoperatively is effective in healing incision, can improve clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions, and is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
