摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Orem self-care theory for high quality nursing intervention after total hip replacement in the elderly.Methods 126 elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,63 cases for each group.The control group receive routine nursing care of department of orthopedics; in addition,Orem self-care theory was applied in the observation group:the patients were given different high quality nursing interventions according to their health needs and disease courses.Results The Harris and ADL scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (98.41％ vs.76.19％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The implementation of Orem self-care theory for total hip arthroplasty elderly patients with nursing intervention can improve the effect of high quality nursing intervention,relieve the patients' postoperative psychological anxiety and depression level,reduce the incidence of complications,increase the patients' self-care ability,improve the patients' hip joint function,greatly improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing work.关键词
