Abstract
Objective To determine ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis (Mh) infection and drug resistance in health examination women among Guangzhou female.Method Mycoplasma culture and drug resistance analysis were carried out in samples of 834 women by mycoplasma kit.Results 353 samples were infected with mycoplasma,with the positive rate of 42.3％.The positive rate of Uu,Mh and mixed infection were 33.7％,0.9％,7.7％ respectively.Different resistance were exhibited in 3 different types of mycoplasma infection,and lincomycin with the highest sensitivity.Conclusions Genital mycoplasma infection is very common in Guangzhou region,mainly in Uu.The drug of choice in the treatment of mycoplasma infection is josamycin,minocycline and doxycycline.Lincomycin is unfit for treatment of mycoplasma infection among Guangzhou female.关键词
