Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of lower uterine segment cesarean section scar diverticulum transvaginal resection.Method Retrospectively analyzed treatment effect of 48 cases of caesarean section scar diverticulum transvaginal resection in department of gynecology of our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013.Results After 3-12 months of follow-up,clinical symptoms in 44 patients (91.7％) improved significantly,with shortened menstrual period (≤ 7 d),profusely bleeding symptoms disappeared; ultrasound showed incision healed well,without diverticulum.Clinical symptoms in 4 patients (8.3％) did not improve significantly,menstrual period was 8-12 d; ultrasound showed incision diverticulum still existed but shrunk than before.The average menstrual period of all patients after surgery was (5.6 ± 2.3)d,that before surgery was (12.1 ± 3.5) d,with statistically significant difference before and after surgery (P＜0.001).Conclusion Transvaginal resection of diverticulum is less invasive,effective,easily accepted by patients,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
