无创通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者的效果观察
Effect observation of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods 128 patients with respiratory failure undergoing noninvasive ventilation were selected.Physiological indexes and complications were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,pH,blood oxygen pressure,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,respiratory rate (HR) and blood oxygen saturation (SaO2) were superior to before treatment,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).There were 1 case (0.8％) of nasal face bruised,2 cases (1.6％) of insufficient of wetting,1 case (0.8％) of stomach contents reflux,2 cases (1.6％) of flatulence and 3 cases (2.3％) of claustrophobia.Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure has a good effect,with fewer complications,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
