Abstract
Identification of molecular biomarkers for early diagnosis is important to the control and intervention of gastrointestinal cancer.Recently,a multitude of novel molecular biomarkers were screened out using various high throughput techniques,especially for microRNAs(miRNAs).Testing a panel of several markers is superior to one marker alone,but it is limited by selection of markers combined and expensive cost.关键词
